The mission of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is to promote and ensure quality assurance in all facets of its functioning. To focus on continuous improvement and quality enhancement in areas such as teaching, research, infrastructure, and student support services.
1. To facilitate continuous improvement in the performance of the institution. This involves
developing a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to improve the overall
academic and administrative performance of the college.
2. To works towards fostering a culture of quality improvement and maintenance within the
institution. This includes promoting a sense of belongingness and participation among
stakeholders towards the enhancement of quality.
3.Setting benchmarks for various academic and administrative activities to ensure quality
sustenance and enhancement. This involves creating, maintaining, and improving the academic
and administrative benchmarks of the institution.
4. To conduct regular reviews and evaluations of academic and administrative activities to
identify areas for improvement. To organizes internal audits and assessments to ensure
compliance with quality standards
5.To serve as a nodal agency for coordinating quality-related activities, including preparation of
the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per NAAC guidelines, timely submission of
the AQAR to NAAC, and participation in the accreditation process.
6. To identify and promote best practices in various aspects of institutional functioning, such as
teaching, learning, evaluation, research, consultancy, extension, and resource mobilization.
7. To work towards enhancing stakeholder satisfaction by seeking regular feedback from
students, parents, alumni, and employers. This feedback is then used to improve various aspects
of the institution.
8.To ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements and quality benchmarks set by
accrediting bodies like NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council).
9.To conduct workshops, seminars, and training programs on quality-related themes and topics
for faculty, staff, and students to enhance their understanding and implementation of quality
measures.
10. To strives to develop a quality culture in the institution where all stakeholders are aware of
quality parameters and work collectively towards achieving and maintaining them.
